About

About Aformity's customer data onboarding mission

Problem

The moment a customer signs is also the moment they meet their first wall. Their data is in a spreadsheet, a legacy system, or a format no one planned for. Columns don't match. Fields need renaming. Records need cleaning. What should take an afternoon eats two weeks - and by then, enthusiasm has turned to doubt. That doubt turns to churn.

We've been the ones on the call apologising for the delay. We've built the one-off import scripts. We've felt the pressure of a go-live that slips again. Aformity exists because that experience is unacceptable.

Mission
"Our mission is to make data onboarding invisible - so your team spends its energy making customers successful, not getting them started."

Vision

Our Vision

No customer churns because their data wasn't ready. No implementation specialist ever writes another import script. Every new customer goes live in hours, not weeks - with clean data, zero errors, and full confidence. That's the world we're building toward, and we're closer than you think.

Aformity handles everything between "here's my data" and "you're live": schema detection, field mapping, transformation rules, live validation, and error-free import. Your team stops firefighting and starts delivering. Your customers stop waiting and start winning.

Principles

What Drives Us

01

Practitioners First, Always

Aformity is built for onboarding managers and implementation specialists - not data engineers. If you need to write code to use our platform, we've failed. Every feature is designed to be owned by the people closest to the customer.

02

Ship Fast. Fix Nothing.

The best onboarding is the one customers never notice. We've obsessed over catching errors before import, not after - so your go-lives are clean, your customers are confident, and your team isn't spending Monday morning in damage control.

03

Every Customer Deserves a Great First Week

First impressions in software are permanent. When a customer's week-one experience is seamless, trust compounds over time. When it isn't, no amount of feature work wins it back. We build with that stakes in mind.

Philosophy

"Data onboarding is where trust is earned or lost. We built the tool we wish we'd had - the one that makes the hardest part of implementation feel easy."

Next

Thousands of go-lives still get delayed by import problems that shouldn't exist. We're changing that - one implementation team at a time. If you're ready to stop losing customers in week one, we'd love to show you what's possible.
